Déclaration de Jean-Pierre FOURCADE à propos de l'Ile Seguin

Jean-Pierre-Fourcade intervient au sujet de l'Ile Seguin dont le projet d'aménagement  sera implicitement validé ce jeudi 16 juin à travers la modification du Plan Local d'Urbanisme (PLU).
